A leading architectural studio is on the lookout for a BIM & Design Systems Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing projects in line with our comprehensive BIM & Design Systems Strategy. This position involves coordinating project teams across studios, focusing on technical upskilling, mentoring, and ensuring the optimized use of Revit and associated technologies for project delivery.

Role Overview:

• Job Title: BIM & Design Systems Coordinator
• Reporting To: BIM & Design Systems Lead, BIM & Design Systems Manager (Operations), and ultimately to the Head of BIM & Design Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project teams and models, ensuring efficient project configuration and maintenance.
• Oversee Revit project production, content management, and ensure adherence to our standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Provide technical support for BIM-enabling software applications and mentor teams in core design systems and best practices.
• Facilitate the development and coordination of projects in line with BIM contractual requirements, liaising with client BIM representatives and other stakeholders for seamless workflow and coordination.
• Keep abreast of changes in standards, procedures, and workflows, effectively communicating these to project teams.

Qualities and Skills Required:

• Demonstrable experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium to large-scale projects, with an in-depth knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, including clash detection and report production.
• A proactive approach to learning, with a flexible attitude towards new working methods.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills, able to manage sensitive information and work effectively under pressure.
• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience working in an architectural/engineering production environment is desirable, along with knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other BIM-related software.
