About the Role: A leading architecture practice in South London is seeking a skilled and passionate BIM Coordinator to support architectural project teams in maximizing the use of BIM tools and workflows, particularly Autodesk Revit. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing technical support, shaping BIM processes, and ensuring project teams deliver exceptional results.

Location: South London (Hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Management: Contribute to the creation and management of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project Responsibility Matrices, and Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP). Ensure compliance with project standards and ISO 19650.
• Project Support: Provide hands-on support and training to project teams, ensuring seamless BIM integration across all phases of the project. Chair BIM project meetings and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Model Production: Oversee the setup and management of 3D models, both in-house and across the supply chain. Assist in the preparation and management of COBie deliverables.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven background in architectural practice, with experience in medium to large-scale complex projects.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit and related plugins is essential. Familiarity with visual scripting (Dynamo), Navisworks, BIM360, and other relevant software is highly beneficial.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
