BIM Coordinator at Iconic Architecture Practice – Clerkenwell

Position Overview: As a BIM Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing BIM activities and Revit support across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the practice's BIM and Design Strategy. This role offers the perfect blend of project-specific coordination, mentorship, and leadership in developing the practice’s BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects in accordance with the practice’s BIM and Design Strategy.
Assist project teams in Revit, coordinating efforts across the London and Hong Kong offices.
Ensure consistency in project standards between different teams and models.
Guarantee the quality and accuracy of BIM models and data.
Lead the ongoing implementation and development of BIM standards and procedures.
Coordinate and maintain project BIM models and associated support documents.
Provide technical support for BIM-enabling software applications.
Mentor teams on design systems and best BIM practices.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator within an architecture practice.
A minimum of 5 years using Revit on design/construction projects, with advanced knowledge of Revit content creation.
Extensive experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and Enscape.
Understanding of COBie and common CDE solutions.
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction, or BIM-specific further education (preferred).
Knowledge of UK BIM standards (BS1192, PAS1192, ISO 19650) is essential.
Experience across various architectural projects at different RIBA stages within a BIM environment.
Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
