BIM Coordinators- Bath and London Studios

We are looking for talented BIM Coordinators/Model Managers for our Bath and London Studios. You might currently be working as a BIM Coordinator and looking to work for a difference practice, or perhaps you are an ambitious BIM Technician looking to progress. The preferred candidates should have enthusiasm and vision to join our team working on a number of exciting high profile projects. With a solid background at leading design firms, the preferred candidates will have proven experience in working in a model manager/project coordination and delivery role and have an in-depth knowledge of Revit as their preferred authoring tool. Working in collaboration with the London & Bath Studios Lead BIM Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining an overview of the London studio’s BIM projects leading to consistency in application of standards, modelling methods and graphic of outputs. You will be responsible for BIM support to our project teams, although training staff is not a requirement. Your role will include overseeing the daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up as well as the technical management of project BIM data sets. You will be expected to communicate with project teams in the London and Bath Studios (often working remotely from teams) to ensure procedures and standards are effectively communicated to project teams. You will also manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project teams. In addition you will have good all round technical building delivery knowledge and an ability to implement BIM level 2 standards using ISO19650-2 & PAS 1192-2 documentation for project delivery. An expert level of knowledge of the following software is required: 1. Revit 2. Navisworks 3. Common Data Environments A knowledge of Solibri, Dynamo and Sketchup would also be advantageous.
