Your Role: As the BIM Manager or Coordinator, you will be at the helm of BIM strategy development and implementation across significant projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the setup and strategy of BIM projects, ensuring integration and consistency across the board.
- Providing technical support and conducting regular reviews to optimize workflows and project outcomes.
- Producing and distributing comprehensive project documentation, including detailed drawings, reports, specifications, and contracts using Revit.
- Leading and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, ensuring seamless communication and integration of BIM standards.
- Managing tender processes, including evaluating contractor submissions and advising clients effectively.
