Are you a detail-driven and creative professional with a passion for architecture and business development? A prestigious, design-led studio is looking for a Business Development & Bid Coordinator to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the studio’s future by securing high-profile projects and working alongside some of the industry’s leading architects.
You will be responsible for coordinating the business development and bid process, preparing SQ, RFP, and ITT submissions, and crafting compelling architectural presentations. Working closely with the Communications Team and senior leadership, you’ll ensure every submission effectively showcases the studio’s expertise and innovative design approach. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, with excellent proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (CC experience preferred). A passion for architecture and an understanding of the industry is essential, as is a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
