Job Description:
We seek a motivated Business Development Executive to undertake client management, proposal submissions, and marketing initiatives for our Interior Design group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities and new key clients
- Maintain relationships with clients in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China
- Prepare project proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with consultants to resolve issues
- Update marketing materials (presentations, brochures) using MS Office/Adobe tools
- Manage data entry, database maintenance, and documentation for project submissions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or business development. Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered as Business Development Assistant
- Sociable and outgoing personality with a high level of initiative and confidence
- A good understanding of architecture/interior design workflows and terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Immediate availability is an advantage
