Job Description:

• Identify Taiwan local projects for Architectural and Urban Design related work scopes;

• Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients;

• Conduct professional presentation to clients;

• Prepare bidding fee proposals and negotiation;

• Handle contract quotation and follow up.

Requirements:

• Well experienced in procuring and securing projects for architectural, urban design and engineering firms;

• University degree in Architecture or Engineering is preferred;

• Resourceful in local client database and strong business connections to induce business opportunity;

• Strong business sense, understand local culture, competent presentation and negotiation skills;

• Self-starter, proactive to contact clients and counter parties and develop business relationship.
