Job Description:

Aedas is a leading international architectural design practice dedicated to creating world-class design solutions with deep social and cultural understanding of the communities we design for. We are seeking a dynamic Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for architecture to help elevate our brand presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies;
• Prepare company’s internal and external communications;
• Prepare and support English and Chinese editorial requirements for corporate releases, marketing collateral, and video content;
• Build and maintain media relationships including professional institutions, conference/event organisers;
• Collaborate with marketing teams in China/Singapore/ME offices to develop promotional materials and campaigns;
• Provide ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or equivalence;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architectural, construction, or design industries;
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Good communications, interpersonal, and organisational skills;
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
