Prepare corporate documents for statutory filing purposes including minutes, resolution, power of attorney, etc. in a timely manner.
Maintenance of statutory records for group entities and ensuring annual and ad-hoc filing requirements are met.
Assist in establishing, winding up and restructuring companies as needed.
Monitor, update, and maintain database and corporate records e.g. minute book, registers, agreements, etc., in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage companies’ bank accounts, including handling signatories changes, authorisation limits, KYC requests, etc.
Liaise with registered office services providers.
Assist in Accounting Operation if needed.
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Finance or Accountancy or Corporate Governance, with relevant professional qualifications.
Candidates with student membership or CGI/HKCGI are highly preferred.
Experience in handling company secretarial matters is an advantage.
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Strong sense of responsibility, independent, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
