Your Role The Consulting practice in Tokyo is growing and we are looking for talented consultant who possesses outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceiving and managing our change management or strategy projects with a range of clients across industries and sectors.As a member of consulting team, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic, open, collaborative environment and you will need an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You are the self-starters as well as a creative thinker who can develop appropriate programs for our clients, as well as developing relationships. What You Will DoWork collaboratively with client and project team to establish project goals and guiding principles in support of the physical space parameters Communicate project objectives, strategic vision and project goals.Lead workshops, focus groups, interviews and executive interviews to ascertain both strategic and pragmatic goals for the projectCommunicate work flows and project responsibilities for the project team and client.
