What You Will DoProviding design leadership to architecture projectsRepresenting Gensler architecture design to client and communityMarketing direct and indirect sales.Leading design awards, design publication efforts.Recruiting, training and developing design staff across a broad range of experience levels.Consult with other principals on firm activities and organizationYour QualificationsArchitecture Design degree- advanced degree is a plus.Approx 15-20 years experienceRoster of clients including industry leadersEvidence of top leadership in at least 10 large-scale projects over the past five years.Previous experience and track record in a major international design firm within the past 10 years could be a plus depending on role and responsibility.Publications, lectures, speaking engagements and awards a plus.excels in creativity and innovationcan lead the design of major architecture projectsunderstands trends in architecture designhas extensive knowledge of clients’ businesshas the ability to build/sustain client relationshipshas energy, drive, total commitment to design excellencehas the ability to develop talent, motivate people, champion great design and act as a role modelpossesses skills to build the businessactive in the local/national design communitydelivers on commitmentsYour Design Technology QualificationsExperience in managing design teams with Revit/Rhino/Grasshopper skills.Experience in collaboration within the BIM context, including cloud-based markups,consultant coordination and clash detection.Understanding of real-time rendering processes within the context of BIM and parametric workflows.Familiarity with the BIM project lifecycle through design, construction and operational phases.Understanding of BIM deliverables and terminology in contracts.Experience in establishing and managing BIM teams for project design and delivery.Experience in managing design teams with Revit/Rhino/Grasshopper skills.Design Authoring - Revit, Rhino, Autocad, NavisworksCollaboration - BIM360Computational Design - Grasshopper, DynamoBuilding Performance Simulation - Insight, Sefaira, Diva, Ladybug toolsVisualisation – Vray, Enscape, Twinmotion, 3DSMaxGraphics & Productivity - Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office SuiteExperiential – Unreal Engine, UnityDevelopment  – C#, PythonPlease include work samples along with your Resume and Portfolio.           Life at Gensler:At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
