Design Professional (6-month Contract) – Hong Kong HOK designs buildings and spaces that respond to the needs of people and the environment. Our designers are rooted in technical excellence, driven by imagination and focused on a solitary goal: to deliver solutions that inspire clients and communities. Responsibilities Prepares and modifies architectural drawings including details in 2D and 3D as directed by others utilizing Revit software Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards Compiles data and performs elementary design computations Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research Works closely with the design team and assists in completing projects on aggressive schedules Required Skills Proficiency in Revit required Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and/or Rhino preferred Fluent in both spoken and written English required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree in Architecture preferred 3 to 5 years of architectural work experience * This temporary position may have the potential to convert into a permanent role.* Interested applicants please send a cover letter, resume and portfolio of work (8MB maximum) plus current and expected salary to recruitap@hok.com.
