What You Will DoWorking with Design Director(s) and project team(s), participate in all project phases, including hotel planning and programming, conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, FF&E sourcing and specifications, and construction documentsCollaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectivesResolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutionsProduce graphic presentations, 3D visualizations, and construction drawingsDevelop and exhibit self-direction and curiosity while working in a collaborative environmentAssist in managing client expectations and team communicationContribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programsYour QualificationsIntermediate understanding of design theories, material, and colorStrong understanding for the development of FF&E SpecificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field from an accredited school5+ years of professional commercial design experience focusing on hospitalityProficiency in the use of Revit is a mustProficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, Enscape, and InDesign preferredStrong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideasStrong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time*TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST UPLOAD CURRENT PORTFOLIO AND/OR WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMAT**This is not a remote position.
