Candidates must have strong leadership skills and extensive experience leading design teams on multiple projects. What You Will DoInteraction with clients, meetings and presentations.Developing Programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and production.Leading and monitoring interior design team.Developing and be responsible for projects budgets.Coordination with technical team.Participation in business development effort.Your Qualifications12+ years professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of commercial interiors projects.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design.Strong skills in client relationship management and presentation. Strong planning abilities and have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership.Knowledge of the total project process including fee and team management, schedules and budgets. Self-starters with good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and other 3D computer design programs.
