An award-winning, progressive architecture studio is looking for an experienced Information Management Coordinator to join their London office. This key role involves managing document control processes across various exciting projects, ensuring high standards of project delivery and documentation accuracy. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to the successful execution of high-profile architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain document control systems for multiple projects
Ensure accurate distribution, storage, and archiving of project documentation
Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to meet project-specific document management needs
Assist with project processes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Conduct audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance
Provide guidance and training on document management practices to project teams
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in document control or information management within an architecture or design environment
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Thorough understanding of document control systems and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management platforms
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
