Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve document control systems for efficient distribution, retrieval, and archiving
Ensure project documents are consistently updated, reviewed, and approved in line with company standards
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
Collaborate with project teams and departments to address specific documentation needs
Serve as the central point of contact for all document-related queries and concerns
Assist with training team members on document control practices and systems
Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills/Requirements:
Proven experience in document control, ideally within the architecture or design industry
Proficiency with document control platforms, particularly Aconex
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
