This role is seen as a business partner providing top notch calendar and travel management, client relations, superior software skills and the ability to consistently anticipate/understand their needs and then take appropriate action.The candidate should be a creative thinker capable of consistently achieving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, possess an ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high level relationships with sensitivity and work independently. This position is a great role for someone looking to grow – there are many opportunities to be involved creatively and learn the ins-and-outs of the Architecture and Design industry.What You Will DoThere will be typical administrative responsibilities such as expense reports, travel planning, phone messages and calendar jockeying; but this job is so much more!
