Job Description: Executive Assistant

ZGF is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Portland, OR office. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to leadership within the business and support to general office operations. They should be well-organized comfortable with coordinating calendars and responding to emails on leadership's behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary preparations for their daily schedules.

As an Executive Assistant, you will…

- Maintain complex calendars while scheduling all business-related meetings.
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Respond to correspondence, incoming calls and document requests on behalf of leadership.
- Generate reports on expenses and others.
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
