HR Administrator

Grimshaw London are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to provide strong organisational and proactive support to a large project team based in the London studio, delivering a landmark infrastructure project. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the established London HR team providing direct HR support to one of our project teams. This is a true HR generalist role, the successful candidate will be looking after the entire employee lifecycle for those within the project, as well as being the first point of contact for all staff queries and overseeing internal procedures are adhered to.  

The ideal candidate will need to be well organised, great at building relationships and have an excellent eye for detail.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• good knowledge and skill in elementary Excel, Outlook and Word
• fluent in English
• Experience of working in HR databases
• Demonstrable HR experience in a similar role

An interest in Architecture would also be beneficial
