We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our creative and collaborative studio in London. HawkinsBrown is an architecture practice based in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Dublin and Los Angeles. Role: To provide assistance to the HR team through a variety of key responsibilities with a particular focus on recruitment to include scheduling interviews, and overseeing onboarding paperwork. Providing candidates with an efficient, engaging, first class and professional recruitment experience whilst ensuring that HawkinsBrown are acquiring the best talent. Level of education: Minimum of 3+ GCSEs (Maths & English at a Grade 4/equivalent or above) and A Levels of at least 88 UCAS points. You are not eligible for this scheme if you currently hold or are working towards a qualification at the same or higher level in a related subject or have already studied content from the qualification for this scheme. Apprenticeship: HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship (CIPD accredited).
