In House Architect at Boutique Private Client Office
If you have ever thought about stepping client side or working directly with high net worth individuals, this role offers an unusually exciting route into that world. You would become the in house Architect for a family who are developing their main London home and an impressive Greek property, both of which will be deeply personal projects with long term significance.
Rather than juggling a wide range of commercial schemes, you will focus on a small number of beautifully crafted residential spaces, taking ideas from early concepts all the way through to construction. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the family’s representatives, shaping layouts, preparing planning information, coordinating external consultants and ensuring the design intent carries through every decision.
The environment is calm, respectful and highly confidential. The family values good design and wants someone who can communicate clearly, think independently and navigate the different needs of London and Greek projects. You will be hands on with materials, furniture, joinery and detailing, and you will travel occasionally for site visits and design reviews.
The studio uses AutoCAD as its main software, but if you bring skills in other platforms that is welcomed. What matters most is your design judgement, technical understanding and ability to work closely with private clients. You will have the chance to influence the future direction of the family’s property portfolio and help establish clear architectural standards from the inside.
If you are curious about private client work, enjoy high end residential design and want more control over the projects you lead, this role could be transformative for your career.
