Anticipates job expectations and contributes to sustainable project solutions.Responsibilities:Position:In collaboration with content owners and other team members, manages and maintains the company's intranet, including both visual and written content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user-friendlinessCollaborates with content owners across the organization, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a consistent and engaging intranet experienceBuilds and nurtures strong relationships with content owners, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and assistance related to intranet contentStrategically partners with members of Marketing Communications, Internal Communications, Research, Professional and Organizational Development and other teams to advance a culture of knowledge and learningOversees the content lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities for updates, improvements, and new content to keep information fresh and valuableMonitors the growth, quality, and usage patterns of information resources, utilizing analytics to make informed decisions for continuous improvementDevelops and delivers training sessions to educate employees on knowledge management systems, promoting effective collaboration and communication practicesChampions the employee experience and enhance internal communications by maintaining a user-friendly, intuitive, and clear intranet interfaceContributes creative ideas and solutions to the team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in knowledge managementDevises and executes strategies to promote the intranet, increasing its visibility and driving engagement among employees; develops and launches targeted internal outreach campaigns to highlight important initiatives and resourcesActively participates in meetings, bringing expertise to discussions related to knowledge management, content strategy, and intranet usability;
