Weston Williamson + Partners are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our team in London.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, ranging from large-scale urban design schemes to small-scale public realm interventions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, urban designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality landscape design solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct site analysis and develop design concepts for landscape projects
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Assist with the preparation of planning applications and environmental impact assessments
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in landscape architecture
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Support the project team in all aspects of project delivery, from concept design to construction administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
- Knowledge of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in urban design and public realm projects is desirable but not essential
