You will be responsible for the design and delivery of associated projects and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties. Attributes Degree or Post Graduate diploma in Landscape Architecture preferably from a school accredited by the Landscape Institute or working towards thisChartered status CMLI having successfully completed the LI Pathway to Chartership (P2C)Minimum of 2 years professional experienceProven skills of managing and delivering projects from inception to completionGood knowledge of plants and planting design Able to work from Bristol Key Responsibilities and Skills Assist in landscape design projects at various stages, providing technical support to colleagues in the delivery of small to large scale projects of varying complexityAssist in the preparation of Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and Appraisals to support planning applications and Environmental StatementsPrepare drawings and documents using a variety of software packages in Revit. You need to be experienced and utilise Revit as your software of choiceAppraise sites in terms of their opportunities, restrictions and riskLiaise, engage and present to project stakeholders including clients, contractors, planning departments and members of the publicAssist with business development, bids and marketingSome financial management of projectsAttend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialistsAttend site regularly to monitor progressCo-ordinate with other consultants/specialistsTroubleshoot any and all problems associated with the project to QA proceduresAble to work with minimum supervisionAble to communicate effectively in verbal, written and drawn formats using appropriate media for different audiences both internally and externally We Offer A competitive salary and benefits package.
