We're on the lookout for a talented Intermediate Designer who's ready to dive into various phases of small and specialized parts of large, complex projects. If you have a passion for interior design and love creating functional and beautiful spaces, this might be just the role for you!

As an Intermediate Designer, you'll develop innovative design concepts that are not only practical and aesthetically pleasing but also meet the client's goals. You'll be responsible for selecting and specifying interior architectural materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and artwork, while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

You'll independently deliver design concepts, conduct programming efforts, and create 2D and 3D presentation and design drawings. You'll also be involved in preparing and supporting client presentations, updating documents during the design process, and communicating with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to bring everything together.

This role is perfect for someone with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in interior design-related projects. You'll need to be proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite, DesignSmart, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other design tools, with some Revit experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage multiple project priorities within established timelines and budgets.
