Your New Role:
As a proactive self-starter who thrives under tight deadlines, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and aiding teams with proposal submissions. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and maintaining marketing and promotional materials, conducting research, data collection, and record updates.
This role demands a proactive individual who is both a creative thinker and passionate about effectively communicating architecture and design, thereby supporting NBBJ's brand and work acquisition objectives. Attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in InDesign are essential.
In your new role you will:
Collaborate with the NBBJ Marketing team and pursuit teams primarily located in New York (in-person), as well as Boston and Columbus, Ohio (virtually).
Assist in coordinating and producing submission materials for marketing prospects, including written and graphic content.
Ensure that standard project and company information remains current and accessible.
Maintain accountability to the team, adhere to budget constraints, and uphold the highest quality standards for all NBBJ branded materials.
Coordinate and manage the process of collecting and entering accurate project data into databases (e.g., Deltek Vision, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and OpenAsset), including managing project and resume files in InDesign.
Provide support for various marketing requests, conferences, and event planning activities.
What you will need to succeed:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or other applicable discipline.
At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in an architecture, design, or construction-related field if possible.
Capable of taking initiative, completing tasks efficiently, and handling multiple deadlines.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong writing and editing skills, necessary for drafting proposal content and proofreading.
Familiarity with print and production processes and a keen attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
The hourly pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $27 and $34. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications, and experience.
