Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Lead design and production of proposals and qualifications packages—in collaboration with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members—to ensure the response is comprehensive, competitive, client-specific, and compliant with RFP requirements.
- Schedule and track production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate our firm’s response (from kickoff through development and production), ensuring content is comprehensive, competitive, client-specific, and compliant with RFP requirements.
- Collaborate with project and marketing teams to create direct graphics for projects and pursuits, ensuring brand adherence and consistency, proper file management, etc.
- Collaborate with various staff members to collect, edit, and produce graphically cohesive resumes, project sheets, expertise profiles, and other proposal material.
- Create and manage templates.
- Manage system for keeping marketing assets updated.
- Track, clean up, and file project sheets, resumes, and other collateral used in pursuits.
- Update master files for project sheets and resumes as needed to reflect most current and relevant content.
- Update and maintain project and employee entries in our digital asset management platform, OpenAsset.
- Fact check and update collateral content with project teams on a regular basis.
- Research clients in our practice areas, market trends, and background information.
- Perform tasks such as coordinating events, public relations efforts, advertisements, materials for trade shows, content for speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns, and award submittals.
To join us, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphics, or a related field.
- Experience with architectural proposals, RFPs, and RFIs preferred.
- Solid understanding of corporate brand guidelines and the ability to bring a creative edge to projects while working within the standards.
- Advanced proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Squarespace.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
- Self-starter that works well both independently and with a team.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
