This position will be based in our Toronto or Ottawa studio. The expectation is that this will be a hybrid remote and studio-based position with at least 3 days in studio. The sectors we service include Higher Education; Sports, Recreation and Entertainment; Corporate Interiors; Commercial and Mixed-Use; Urban Design; and Transportation. Roles and Responsibilities Pursuits, Interviews, and Collateral Coordinate and prepare strategic, comprehensive, and creative responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs. This includes leading coordination meetings, creating a deliverable schedule, overall layout of document, creation of drafts, coordinating and editing text from various team members and consultants, as well as the design, graphics, data entry, production, and final delivery of proposals. Coordinate and communicate with the Sector Leads, team members, and sub-consultants when producing proposals Coordinate and prepare graphic presentations for interviews, qualifications, packages and presentations for prospective clients Lead and/or assist in interview development strategy Coordinate client debriefs Monitor procurement websites and other media for Request for Proposals and follow-up on leads established by Sector Leaders Contribute to the maintenance of our Pipeline database and Client Relationship Management database. Contribute to the development and organization of regularly used bid content (resumes, databases, templates, project data sheets…) Drafting, editing, organizing and proofing various marketing collateral, including project sheets, resumes, brochures, media relations pieces Support other members of the Business Development and Marketing Team Business Development Support Business Development efforts for both our Toronto and Ottawa studios as required Develop and create marketing and public relations collateral, including advertisements, materials for trade shows, and award submittals Provide research on prospective clients, market trends, and new sector opportunities Content creation for our social media accounts Other Marketing Projects PR and external communications Coordinate and support other marketing projects including project photoshoots, business development events, speaking engagements, and public relations Key Skills and Requirements Professional Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphics, Architecture or similar Familiarity with the Ontario A/E/C industry including relevant trade organizations, publications, conference and events 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred. Advanced graphic abilities, coupled with advanced knowledge of: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and the MS Office Suite (including PowerPoint) Excellent communication, writing, editing, and storytelling skills Rigorous attention to detail with strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight A strong collaborative and professional work ethic Reporting Structure This role will report to the Marketing Manager Our Studios We are steps away from many amenities and also easily accessible by bike, public transportation and car.
