WATG is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for our office in Los Angeles, CA. ROLE The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Managing Director, Americas, and is responsible for planning, scheduling, development, and completion of responses to requests for qualifications, proposals, bids, and marketing presentations. As a part of the global marketing and business development team, the Marketing Coordinator role is broken down 80% pursuit management and 20% marketing support which would be directed by the Regional Marketing Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Participates with other offices on marketing and proposal tasks as required Plans and conducts market research as related to SOQ/pursuits and other marketing activities Coordinates with specialized consultants and vendors Manages, tracks, and maintains boilerplate information, resumes, project descriptions and key project data, market leads and opportunities in our CRM databases Supports office marketing and business development activities to increase brand awareness and market share - directed by RMM Reviews and edits marketing and thought leadership content, boilerplate information, and pitch verbiage Develops content for campaigns and other relevant marketing materials in collaboration with technical staff, global marketing, and firmwide communication teams Works with the Regional Marketing Manager in the development of content and visual information for presentations and speaking engagements Assists with local/regional award submissions Coordinates any regional conference schedules and outputs Understands and supports the implementation of any regional/local marketing and communication activities to ensure company best practices, practice area participation, reporting, and quality control Ensures that internal and external communications are consistent with brand and message guidelines Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, designers, senior management, legal, HR and other marketing colleagues and teams QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field 3+ years of related marketing experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry 3 or more years of experience in RFP (Request for Proposal) responses An interest or experience in the marketing function and market research Experience with Adobe InDesign, MS Office Software Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop preferred Experience with CRM systems is preferable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong eye for detail and graphic composition Creative, initiative-taking team player, committed to effective communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment JOB INFORMATION Salary range: $65,000-$85,000 per year WATG is an Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-SW1 Qualifications Skills Behaviors : Motivations : Education Experience Licenses & Certifications
