Your Role We are seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist / Coordinator. Marketing Specialist / Coordinator are the key producers of materials that support Gensler’s business development efforts. They work under the direction of office leadership, senior staff, and marketing leaders to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral / thought leadership used to help the firm win work. He or she also supports the general activities of the office/regional marketing studio, such as strategy, positioning, storytelling, photography, graphic design, and knowledge management.Use your passion for service and attention to detail to help the Gensler team bring designs to life. As a Marketing Specialist / Coordinator, you will provide PR and marketing support to a team of industry-leading designers and architects. The position title will be determined based on a capabilities and experiences. What You Will DoMarketing Work with various team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.Perform multiple marketing efforts to meet frequent deadlines.Write project case stories and resumes both in English and Japanese. Maintain resources & information systems: updating project documentation, resumes, and image libraries.Develop a deep understanding of Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and Firmwide capabilities.Communicate with regional/global teams.Coordinate other responsibilities, as assigned.PR/CommunicationsCoordinate key publications, media outlets, and speaking engagements.Create and manage social media and website contents.Support teams to coordinate client events.Support teams to develop contents for award submission.
