ABOUT THE ROLE CannonDesign has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations, Dynamics Customer Engagement, and Project Operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage the day-to-day operations of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. Work with other administrators to ensure that the system is running smoothly. Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the platform is being used to its full capability. Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. Provide support to users of the system. Develop training materials for new users. Implement requested new features for the system through configurations, custom development, or working with a technology partner. Coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications. Perform maintenance activities on the system. Other duties as assigned Travel as required. ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required. 6+ years of experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations, Dynamics Customer Engagement, and Project Operations required. Enterprise integration experience. Strong understanding of how Dynamics 365 integration works. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and Project Operations. Experience with administration of applications that are available and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 such as Elevate HR, Avalara, Solver, and others. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI. Hands on with .Net, C#, HTML5 and CSS. Knowledge of Agile methodology and SCRUM framework. Excellent project management skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Strong, customer service, communication skills, and innovative thinking is essential as is the ability to provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolutions in a user-friendly professional manner. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well independently, manage multiple technology issues and prioritize deadlines. Ability to travel as needed. The salary range for this position is $91,200 - $114,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
