About the Role
As a Mid-Weight Interior Designer, you’ll step into a versatile, client-facing role where you will manage your own projects and collaborate closely with a talented technical team. Your focus will be on commercial office design, but the studio’s varied portfolio offers the chance to work across multiple sectors. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on more responsibility, lead design processes, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial interior projects from concept through to completion.
Engage directly with clients, interpreting their needs and translating them into impactful design concepts.
Collaborate with architects, technologists, and other designers to deliver cohesive, innovative solutions.
Develop FF&E packages, specifying materials and furnishings that align with the project vision.
Present design ideas confidently to clients, supported by strong visualisation and storytelling skills.
Stay up to date with industry trends, integrating modern design approaches into your work.
About You
Minimum 4+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong commercial portfolio.
BA degree in Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in Revit is essential; strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign are highly desirable.
Confident in client-facing roles, with experience leading projects being a significant advantage.
In-depth understanding of FF&E, materials, and colour specification.
A collaborative, team-focused mindset with excellent self-organization and communication skills.
Passionate about design, with a keen interest in market trends and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
