Take ownership of the upkeep, cleanliness and supplies for our kitchen making sure it is a functional and inviting place for employees (including running dishwashers frequently, stocking plates/cups, making coffee, stocking drawers)Print room/mail room maintenance. Our print room/mail room is an important part of our office with lots of activity. You will help assure the room is clean, and all supplies are stocked and organized. Work closely with Experience Manager and Admin team to help with the general upkeep and appearance of office as needed.Support meeting room set up and catering needsLight front desk/reception break coverage and assisting clients and vendors in person, and shipping/receiving assistance.Ensure our storage rooms are well stocked, organized, and clean.Conference room cleanliness and upkeep.Events assistance. Help by ordering items and offering general assistance with set up and clean up.Other duties and responsibilities as needed – in this role you truly have your hands in a bit of everything.Your Qualifications5+ years experience in an administrative, customer service, hospitality capacity.Physical requirements include: walking and standing throughout the day, bending, pushing and pulling objects, lifting, up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work 9am-6pm with availability to assist with after-hours events as needed.High school diploma or equivalentSimilar experience in a corporate environment, or, high standard customer service experience preferred.Must be polished and professional.Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive.Must be a friendly team player.**The base salary for this role will be estimated between $29-$35 per hour (approx. $60,320 - $72,800 annually) plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.Life at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
