Project delivery and team-leading on a range of private and developer led residential projects

ROLE:

You will help create and remodel fantastic homes for private clients and the SME property development sector.

You will be design focused, with a strong business mindset, and able to take projects from initial consultation through to site, taking a lead role on the design and management of your own projects, as well as giving advice to less experienced team members.

You will be an ambassador for the practice, taking up opportunities to be involved in the marketing and promotion of the practice, for example attending client or consultant networking events.

REQUIREMENTS:

Confident with Revit and Autocad, with experience of the supporting software such as SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.

Demonstrable experience of leading similar scale residential projects – private, developer led, or both - through all stages from feasibility to delivery on site, with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE.

Fully aware of the relevant legal, financial and time constraints of the projects you manage, both to the client and the office, and be confident in managing your time to ensure projects are completed within the budget available.

Strong knowledge of the relevant planning and Building Control legislation.

Confident person and strong communicator, reporting directly to the Design & Operations Director, and providing oversight and support of more junior team members as required.

Salary level £38-45k.

Hybrid working after probation, with a flexible output focused attitude and a core week of 3 days in the office.
