The Role
As a Project Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of project performance and team communications. Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Designer, you will ensure the technical excellence and coordination of projects, from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Integrate the design intent into detailed project documentation.
• Oversee the design process to ensure consistency and proper execution.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate project documentation and specifications.
• Manage shared electronic documentation with the team, clients, and consultants.
• Write reports, prepare meeting minutes, and manage project documents, including BIM data.
• Foster a collaborative professional relationship within the project team.
• Supervise the preparation of technical drawings and mentor junior team members.
• Incorporate sustainable design solutions and promote green work practices.

What You’ll Need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and ARB registration.
• 10+ years of experience in designing small to mid-size architectural projects, including urban and resort hotels.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software like Rhino and SketchUp.
• Strong sketching skills and knowledge of architectural building systems and construction methodology.
• Experience in client management, project management, and effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a team, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
