As a member of our growing and highly collaborative  Corporate Campus team, you will leverage your industry experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build, while cultivating client relationships. Your work ethic, combined with your curiosity, enthusiasm, and commitment to collaboration and mentoring, makes Gensler the perfect place to nurture your career.What You Will DoLead technical guidance, providing creative and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges, and formulate design presentation strategiesManage client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil and other consultantsLead communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officialsContribute to the maintenance and oversight of the project manual and specificationsConduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during constructionContribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programsMentor and grow talentYour QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school10 + years of project experience in an architectural practiceExperience in large complex projectsProfessional licensure is requiredProficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) requiredEnscape, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino and Microsoft Office, a plusWorking knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structuresUnderstanding of healthcare regulations and codes (FGI and NFPA) preferredStrong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills; able to lead and guide our teams and clients with confidenceStrong design and production skills with large or complicated architectural projectsAbility to travel on a bi-weekly basisLife at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
