Role Overview:
As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale residential projects while helping maintain the studio’s reputation for design excellence. Working alongside a 45-strong team, you'll collaborate on the design and detailing of high-profile projects, driving creative solutions in a supportive and innovative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project team to conceptualize and develop large-scale residential and mixed-use projects
Create detailed architectural drawings and project plans that meet high design standards
Research and select materials and construction methods in alignment with sustainability goals
Coordinate projects and communicate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Contribute to a collaborative, creative environment by sharing ideas and supporting studio-wide initiatives
Requirements:
Part III qualified or equivalent
Experience in residential project design and development with a portfolio of completed work
Strong 3D BIM skills, with expertise in a BIM environment
Proficient communicator, both visually and in writing, with strong client-facing experience
Thorough knowledge of UK planning processes and building regulations
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
A passion for keeping up-to-date with emerging trends in residential design
Positive team player with a collaborative spirit
