As a Project Architect, your common and baseline responsibilities include but are not limited to: Understand and consistently execute all aspects of the design process and project complexities to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design. Coordinate project documentation execution, construction plans, and details, ensuring quality control and completion. Maintain awareness of evolving building technology and engineering systems relevant to project. Understand and respond to technical implications and design decisions. Review shop drawings, material samples, and construction documents for conformance with design. Review work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance and in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual. Participate and collaborate in design reviews, charrettes, and pin-ups. Demonstrate strong and effective communication and direction which inspires high team performance. Coordinate effectively with partners and consultants. Support growth of junior staff. To join us, you should have: A professional degree in Architecture or related discipline 7-9 years of experience on large scale and complex projects Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of junior staff Experience in all phases and aspects of a project Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems Understanding of project management process Experience reviewing construction documentation Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean Collaborative and professional work ethic LEED AP or within 6 months of hire Professional licensure is preferred Qualified and interested candidates should submit a resume and work samples.
