You will leverage your experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build.What You Will DoManage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultantsSupport communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and all authorities having jurisdictionProvide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challengesMaintain project manual and specificationsConduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during constructionYour QualificationsBachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture8+ years of project experience in a commercial design firmInterested in accelerating your career growth and leading projectsLicensed or Registered ArchitectProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS OfficeKnowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirementsLEED accreditation preferredApplications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples***Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $85,000 – $105,000 annually + bonuses + benefitsLife at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
