Project Architects

We are currently recruiting for several high-profile projects in development, including 50 Fenchurch Street, a next-generation development helping to realise the City of London’s goal for a greener, environmentally sustainable Square Mile. Plans include a new livery hall for The Clothworkers’ Company which has been located on the site for almost 500 years along with the conservation of the Tower of All Hallows Staining and Lambe’s Chapel Crypt, two historic listed buildings currently on the site, which will form part of extensive new public realm at ground level.We are also currently developing detailed designs for Granta Park Phase 2 which was granted planning consent earlier this year for which require additional team members to take the project forward. Five new buildings will provide 368,000 sqft of flexible lab & office space across to meet the immediate demand for life sciences and other lab space in the Cambridge area.Candidates must possess strong design and communication skills and be able to demonstrate relevant project experience. Proficiency in MicroStation would be highly beneficial and detailed knowledge of Revit is essential. We require candidates to be ARB-registered and have a detailed understanding and familiarity of UK construction regulations.Working in conjunction with the senior architects and other members of the project team, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in many aspects of the project throughout the design, administration, construction, and post construction phases.Candidates will also participate in other activities related to the day-to-day running of the studio and there are also opportunities to play a part in shaping the future of the practice by joining one of our working groups such as EDI or Sustainability. We are fortunate to have our own generous roof terrace which is home to our popular gardening club and summer yoga classes. The studio has an active social calendar with regular activities throughout the year.You will be based at our Banner Street studio.
