The role at a glance:
NBBJ’s New York Experience Design / ESI Studio is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join the Project Management team. The coordinator will support the Project Management department and play a critical role in supporting the process from concept design through installation of our projects. We create large-scale installation projects, and the coordinator is responsible for helping to plan, organize, and track these projects, working with top designers in the field of experiential and media design. This role encompasses both design and production workflows at the intersection of physical and digital disciplines.
In addition to the responsibilities as a Project Coordinator, the position includes responsibilities to support our two Creative Principals in the New York office. This requires an ability to manage a fast-paced daily schedule, ensuring the Executives remain on-time and on-task and supporting them with preparation materials.
In your new role, you will:

What you will need to succeed:
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support role; experience in an architecture/design firm is a plus.
Highly organized with the ability to efficiently use time and synthesize information.
Careful attention to detail.
A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality around sensitive issues.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Collaborative and comfortable working in teams.
Comfortable with a range of software applications, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom, and light skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to start and complete tasks with little input and ask strategic questions to further projects.
Strong professional communication skills and the ability to harmoniously collaborate and work with others are critical for success in this role.
The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $62,000 and $72,000. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications, and experience.
