The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Interior Design, you'll have the unique chance to build up your own desk in this exciting sector. With numerous Interior Design roles already in our pipeline, there's substantial opportunity to develop and grow your client base. You'll operate without billing thresholds, maximizing your earning potential from day one. Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Interior Design sector.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry.
• Business Development: Leverage our brand and resources to grow your client base and develop your niche within our business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and experienced recruiters to drive team success.
