About the Role
As a Revit Technician, you will play a vital role in shaping the technical backbone of our landmark projects. Working closely with internal and external teams, you’ll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and Revit models that meet the highest industry standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in RIBA Stages 3-5 while working on challenging and rewarding projects. You will engage in collaborative processes and make impactful contributions to both design and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed technical documentation for tender packages and construction.
Collaborate on internal projects, particularly during RIBA Stages 3-5.
Develop Revit models aligned with the studio’s BIM standards.
Work closely with consultants and contractors through site visits, meetings, and regular communication to resolve technical and design issues.
Ensure architectural designs meet client specifications and regulations, providing creative solutions to challenges.
Attend and contribute to BIM coordination meetings, ensuring the project follows BEP.
Assist in refining the studio’s BIM workflows, frameworks, and Revit libraries.
Conduct PIM authoring, clash detection, and data creation for ongoing projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Revit Technician or in BIM coordination, with a strong understanding of RIBA Stages 3-5.
Advanced Revit skills, alongside knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
Familiarity with BIM Level 2 frameworks.
Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, BIM Collab, BIM 360, and Enscape.
