As a Senior Architect, you'll work alongside a skilled in-house architectural team, guiding projects from feasibility through to planning and delivery. You'll be instrumental in crafting bespoke modular housing solutions that minimize on-site disruption and optimize environmental performance using a "fabric first" approach. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, you’ll help drive positive change in the built environment while contributing to the success of award-winning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of modular housing projects, ensuring they meet national space standards and sustainability targets.

• Use Revit to create detailed architectural designs, manage project documentation, and collaborate effectively with the wider team.

• Work closely with clients to develop bespoke solutions that meet their specific needs, budget, and timeline.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from early feasibility to planning and construction.

• Apply the "fabric first" methodology to optimize energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, promoting a culture of collaboration and professional development.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations in the design and delivery of projects.

• Contribute to the development of innovative, cost-effective solutions that reduce on-site disruption and enhance the built environment.

Key Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with a strong portfolio in residential or modular design.

• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.

• Experience in delivering projects within the modular or residential sectors, with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.

• Strong understanding of net-zero carbon design principles and "fabric first" construction methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and guide projects to successful completion.

• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
