The Role

The London studio is looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Senior Architect with extensive experience in delivering medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of diverse projects through all RIBA stages, turning visionary concepts into tangible, functional spaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring successful delivery through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6.
• Oversee project teams and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Utilize your advanced technical detailing skills and understanding of contemporary construction methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives, including space standards and the London Design Guide.
• Employ your strong Revit skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS (Chorus) Specification software.
• Apply your knowledge of Passivhaus project delivery (highly advantageous).

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 7 years of qualified experience in the UK, with ARB or equivalent registration.
• Proven track record in delivering residential and mixed-use projects valued at £5m or more.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing for effective leadership and autonomous work.
• A comprehensive understanding of Building Regulations and housing design directives.
