Our Hong Kong Studio are looking for an exceptional Senior Architect to join them. We're after a results-driven, highly motivated individual to focus on the delivery of a mixture of projects. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organization capability and an individual who excels in a hands-on environment who is passionate about delivering an award-winning mixture of small to medium-scale bespoke architectural and conservation projects in HK, and across the AP region.

We are keen to talk to architects who are HKIA Registered Architects with over 5 years post ARB HK Registration experience. Applicants should be skilled in the delivery of architectural projects through all work stages, with the ability to successfully lead and manage a team. Excellent technical skills, as well as strong design skills, will be essential in this role.
We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:
- 5 years’ post ARB HK registration working as an Architect on HK based projects
- Proven experience working on A&A projects from inception, through schematic and detailed design, tender production, and contract administration during construction
- Excellent technical skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and written, in English, and Cantonese
- Ability to develop and enhance our design reputation externally
- Experienced with local development controls and regulations, as well as government submissions and approval procedures
- Leadership experience managing a small-sized team
- Experience of taking responsibility for the financial success of projects
- Be well-organized, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
- Experience in the latest packages of AutoCAD and Revit is Essential
- Passion and desire to work with an international practice, working on established projects but also helping to support Business Development and profile activities in Hong Kong and neighboring markets
- New project opportunity / tendering experience
It would also be an advantage if candidates possess:
- Experience of BIM delivered projects
- Previous experience working on Heritage/Adaptive Re-use projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, verbally and written
- Experience designing to fulfill environmental accreditation requirements
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. 9.00 – 5:30 (one-hour lunch break)
