Whilst this position is based in Bristol, there is the potential to be based in full or part out of our Cardiff studio. If you feel that Cardiff is a better working location for you then we will consider this.The RoleYou will be responsible for the design and delivery of associated projects and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties.The post has excellent opportunities for career enhancement.Your Skills and Experience ARB registered Architect with no less than 3 years post qualification experience We require an Architect who has a specialism in healthcare or defence Already utilising Revit on a daily basis is preferable Job runner Proven skills of managing and delivering projects from inception to completion Key ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the key responsibilities set out below, if your specialism is:HealthcareYou will lead our growing healthcare sector projects in the South West and into Wales, with a high level of understanding of necessary standards.DefenceYou will lead large defence sector projects, with a high level of understanding of necessary standards and JSP scales.
