What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Extensive UK Experience: At least 10 years of post-Part III experience, including recent London-based projects.
Full Project Lifecycle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of RIBA Stages 3-7 and a proven ability to deliver complex schemes from concept to completion.
Revit Proficiency: Confident use of Revit in day-to-day design work.
Detail Design Knowledge: Expertise in detail design, with a keen eye for precision and problem-solving.
Building Regulations Mastery: Holistic understanding of current, new, and upcoming UK Building Regulations.
NSS and LHDG Familiarity: Experience applying the National Space Standards and London Housing Design Guide in practical settings.
Self-Direction and Initiative: A proactive mindset with excellent organisational skills, capable of steering projects independently.
