Senior Associate 06 September 2023 Singapore Ref:SA/SG/AW/0923 Apply now As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects as well as the financial management of projects. You will lead design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models and collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications. Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications• Minimum 10 – 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential• Experience in mixed-use and residential projects will be an advantage• Experience of working in international markets will be an advantage• Travel within the region is required• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture) Aedas provides opportunities for long term career development with an expanding international practice.
